AB Colors provides advanced Flatbed Direct UV Printing Services using state-of-the-art multi-head UV LED flatbed printers. We print directly onto acrylic, toughened glass, wood, MDF, ACP, foam board, and metal without needing vinyl pasting.
Featuring CMYK + High-Density White ink and Spot Gloss Varnish capabilities, our UV prints achieve incredible detail, tactile 3D embossed effects, and outstanding resistance to sunlight, moisture, and scratching.

What is flatbed direct UV printing?
Flatbed UV printing prints your design directly onto a rigid surface using UV-cured inks, so there is no vinyl sticker to peel or bubble. The ink cures instantly under UV light, giving sharp and durable prints.
Which materials can you UV print on?
We print on acrylic, toughened glass, wood, MDF, ACP, foam board, sun board, gypsum board and metal, with material thickness up to 100 mm (4 inches).
Can UV prints include white ink and raised effects?
Yes. We print CMYK with high-density white ink and spot gloss varnish, which allows tactile, 3D embossed effects.
Are UV prints suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. UV prints resist sunlight, moisture and scratches, so they work for indoor decor as well as outdoor signage.
